About These Terms

These terms apply when you use Tasbih Counts (“Tasbih Counts”, “we”, “us”), the digital tasbih counter on this website, including the free counter and the optional Premium plan. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Tasbih Counts is run by an individual in India. It is not a religious organisation, and nothing on the website is religious, medical or professional advice.

The Free Counter

The counter is free to use and needs no account.
Your counts, dhikr, targets, settings, streak and history are saved in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive them.
Because that data lives in your browser, clearing site data, private browsing, or changing device or browser can remove it. Settings → Back up saves a copy to your device and Restore brings it back. Keeping your backup files safe is your responsibility.
The free website shows advertising.

Premium

Premium is a one-time payment of ₹200 for lifetime access. There is no subscription, no renewal and no free trial.
Premium removes advertising and adds sign-in, cloud sync of your counter data across your devices, and optional reminders. The features included are the ones described on the website at the time you buy.
An account is created only after a successful Premium payment, using the email address given at checkout. There is no other way to register.
“Lifetime” means for as long as Tasbih Counts operates the Premium plan. If we ever close it, we will email Premium users at least 30 days before, and you will be able to download your data.
You must be 18 or older to buy Premium, or have a parent or guardian buy it for you.
A Premium account is for one person. Please do not share it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
The price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees, is the amount you pay.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Account

Keep your email and Google accounts secure: anyone who can sign in to them can sign in to your Tasbih Counts account.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and does not refund the Premium payment.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack, abuse or overload the service, or that was paid for fraudulently.

Acceptable Use

Please do not try to break, probe or overload the website or its servers, access anyone else’s data, copy or resell the website or its content, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and Ownership

The website’s design, code, text, logo and artwork belong to Tasbih Counts. The words of dhikr belong to no one; you are free to recite them anywhere. You may share links to the website freely.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the website running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something Premium includes, we will tell Premium users by email.

Disclaimer

Tasbih Counts is a tool to support your practice and is provided “as is”. The benefits of dhikr are personal to you and are not promised by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the loss of counts or history kept only in your browser. Our total liability to you for anything relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We will email Premium users about significant changes before they take effect. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
